Our Approach

Liddane Tutoring & Learning Services, LLC (LTLS) was founded with the belief that, through establishing trust, respect, and high expectations, tutors and students can co-create an environment for success. When students feel safe and supported, they move towards new levels of self-reliance and achievement. The mission of LTLS is to engage and empower all types of learners through modeling, dialogue, and strategy. Our reach is to students with learning differences as well as mainstream and accelerated learners.

At LTLS, we strive to adjust teaching to meet the needs of each student. We focus on understanding their unique needs so that we can support them both in learning content and in recognizing their individual learning styles. By guiding students to distinguish how they learn best, we can help them to gain the confidence to better understand and accept their strengths and weaknesses and to become self-advocates as they mature.

Our Mission

Liddane Tutoring & Learning Services, LLC began as a small, independent tutoring service in 2001. Our Founder, Andrea Liddane, began her career as a public school teacher, believing in the power of education to enable students to reach their full potential. She soon recognized the value of personalized attention in a student’s growth and founded Liddane Tutoring to provide the best possible one-on-one support to students whose needs ranged from those requiring homework help to those with significant learning differences. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of students realize their potential by creating an environment of trust, respect, and high expectations. In 2014, we launched our scholarship program to extend our services to families in the community with financial barriers. We are proud of the impact we have had on our students’ lives and aspire to continue to earn our place with the families and communities we serve. We are a women owned and operated business and LGBTQ+ friendly tutoring and education organization.
