We meet students from around the Seattle-metro area at our offices in the Green Lake neighborhood in north Seattle and Columbia City in south Seattle. For more information or to schedule an appointment to meet with a private tutor, please contact our team.
Seattle Tutoring
Our Green Lake office is within walking distance from PCC, Green Lake Park, and the local branch of the Seattle Public Library, among many other resources. We encourage families to enjoy the area while their student is working with their tutor.
Parking
Parking is available for a fee on the street around Green Lake, in zoned street parking, and for free in the Key Bank parking lot when the bank is closed (a parking pass must be obtained from our office). Please note, parking security is extremely strict and will ticket our families who park in the Key Bank parking lot during regular bank hours.
Parking is available for our customers in the lot:
Monday – Thursday: After 5 pm
Friday: After 6 pm
Saturday: after 1:30 pm
Sunday: All day

Green Lake
Open since fall 2019, our Columbia City office is at the corner of Rainier Ave S and S Genesee Street – just a few minutes from the Columbia City light rail station, Rainier Playfield, Columbia Park, the local branch of the Seattle Public Library, and many local restaurants and cafes. LTLS is in the second floor business offices, Unit #3. The entrance is marked 4401 ½, located on Genesee St.
Local street parking is free! This convenient location serves students from south Seattle, Mount Baker, Leschi, Mercer Island, West Seattle, and the Seattle metro area.

Columbia City
We serve students through online tutoring as well. Virtual sessions primarily consist of live video meetings grounded in the LTLS model of trust, respect, and high expectations built through strong relationships.
