1) Introduction : Demystifying the College Application Process Webinar
● In this online webinar, high school sophomores, juniors, and family members will learn about:
○ The current college admissions landscape
○ How to build a college list
○ To test or not to test
○ Useful resources for researching colleges
○ Money: a few key things to know about financing

2) Personally Tailored List Development:
● Student and parent(s) receive questionnaires to determine financial, academic, and social priorities, needs, and wants.
● Student, parent(s), and college consultant meet to review questionnaires in detail.
● College consultant compiles a thoroughly researched list of schools (reach, competitive, target, and outliers), and inputs them into CounselMore, a licensed software program that keeps track of data and notes for each school with links to both qualitative and quantitative information.
● Student, parent(s), and college consultant meet to review information in detail.
● Student/parent(s) get unlimited access to CounselMore until May 1st of senior year.
3) Important Information and Resources
● Resources will be attached to your personal account in CounselMore monthly and/or when they are most timely.
● You will be flagged by email when information has been sent to your account.
● Examples of pertinent information include:
○ The difference between R1 (Research) Universities, Masters Universities, Smaller Liberal Arts Colleges, and why it matters.
○ How to research schools so that you find out what you need.
○ Which schools to visit, when to visit, and how to get the most out of a college visit
○ Timelines and reminders
○ How to get a strong recommendation
○ Interviews: Should I interview? How do I approach the interview?
○ What is “demonstrated interest,” does it really matter, and how do I do it?
○ The difference between FAFSA and the CSS/Profile: who should fill them out and when?

Original College Application Workshop $2,750
Payment Plan:
$500 due at the time of sign-up
$1,000 due within two weeks of list development
$1,250 due one month prior to the application workshop
Independent College Application Workshop $2,500
Payment Plan:
$500 due at the time of sign-up
$1,000 due within two weeks of list development
$1,000 due one month prior to the application workshop
Additional Hourly Support: Available on an as-needed basis, depending on availability, at a rate of $155 per hour.
